Lap Khua (minced pork salad) and Naem Yang Baitong (fermented pork in banana leaf) are excellent, as is the Sai Ua (northern-style sausage). All recipes use vegetables grown in the restaurant’s organic garden. End with Arabica coffee from Chiang Rai.
