The world’s largest fitness club group. Fitness First has over 20 branches in Thailand. The Platinum club at Siam Paragon (4th Floor) is their flagship in Asia.
The gym has top-of-the-line equipment, free weights, cardio machines, while the upper level has a cycling room, a boxing ring, a large classroom for hot yoga and other group exercises.
Other facilities include a café with iPad stations and free WiFi, locker room and sauna. The gym is busiest after 5pm. Short-term membership available.
Fitness First’s other locations in Bangkok are: The Q House Lumpini (3rd Floor), Terminal 21 (6th Floor) and Central Rama 9 (7th Floor) – operating hours vary.
