This one’s for the serious gym bunny. Cascade Club at Ascott Sathorn hotel is considered one of the best gyms in Bangkok, with excellent fitness equipment and machines.
The large workout area has panoramic city views. You can order a smoothie from the onsite bar. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi facilities are available. We like the outdoor pool that has a lounge area and serves food.
Premium membership fees and slightly less convenient location mean that the place never gets too busy.
